[There is a Paul C. Van Vickle, b. 1902, listed in the strays section under Van Vickle, whose biological father was Charles Van Vickle and biological mother was Ethel Skinner. Paul is in the home of grandparents in the 1910 US Census. This Charles Van Vickle fits the anecdotal information in some ways [living in Vermilion County, having lived in MN for a time, and having several brothers] but seems a poor fit on account of his age in 1902 [i.e. Charles would be only 15 when Paul was born). Here is a link to the other Charles Van Vickle who appears a viable candidate to be the father of Paul.]

Parents:
Charles' parents are Robert and Julia Ann (White) Van Vickle
Dorothy's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Watson
